Yanina provides a safe and welcoming environment for individuals, families and couples that find themselves struggling with certain areas or stages of their life. Her compassionate and caring attitude assists clients regain trust in themself and have a better understanding of their current situation. She is also a bilingual (Spanish-English) therapist.

As a Registered Play Therapist, Yanina is experienced in using play therapy and sand tray techniques with her clients. She completed the two-year program “Mindfulness-Based Play-Family Therapy Certificate Program” at the Family & Play Therapy Center. This Program provided her with in-depth training in Mindfulness-Based Play-Family Therapy, mindful parenting, and child development from birth through age twelve. Additionally, she is proud to be fully trained in EMDR trauma therapy - accredited by the EMDRIA association.
