Consulting Services with Laura Morse

If you're a therapist, agency leader, or family facing a complex situation, you're not alone — and you don’t have to navigate it alone either. I offer collaborative consultation to help you get unstuck, gain clarity, and move forward with confidence. Whether you're reviewing a tough clinical case, trying to improve your counseling program, or needing a fresh perspective on a family system in crisis, I’m here to help.

Most of the professionals I work with are therapists or clinical directors — often in agency or nonprofit settings — who want support thinking through big-picture questions or specific cases. I also consult directly with families looking for guidance on how to support a loved one through a mental health challenge. My style is warm, active, and solutions-focused. I’ll bring both clinical depth and a bit of humor to our work together, and you’ll always leave with concrete ideas and action steps.

Consultations often center around my specialties: trauma recovery, psychiatric rehabilitation, and sex therapy through an AASECT-certified lens. Some people come to consult on clients who are really struggling with functioning, and others are supporting people who are already thriving but want to fine-tune their work or life. I’m comfortable with both. I also regularly help teams and families explore relational dynamics, identity development, high-risk clinical issues, and sexuality concerns with compassion and clarity.

I meet for consultations either online through a HIPAA-compliant video platform or in person at my Lancaster office. Sessions are typically 50 minutes long, and longer intensives are available by request. You’re welcome to schedule just one session or return for ongoing support — whatever fits your needs best. Many people find it helpful to bring a short case summary or a HIPAA-secure video of a session or supervision moment, which can really enrich the feedback process.

Consultation pricing can be found on my fee schedule and you can check availability through my online calendar. I recommend booking early when possible, since availability can fill up quickly.

If you’re feeling stuck or just want a second set of eyes from someone who’s been in the field for a while — I’d be glad to connect. You don’t have to figure it all out on your own.
