About Laura Morse, M.Ed., LPC, CST, NCC
Hi, I’m Laura.
I believe every person deserves to feel connected — to themselves, to their partner, and to the life they want to create.
Through compassionate, specialized care in sex therapy, trauma healing, and couples counseling, I help people move from pain and disconnection toward clarity, confidence, and deeper intimacy. Whether you’re untangling the past, facing challenges in your relationship, or simply longing for a more joyful connection with your body and mind, I’m here to support you.
Together, we’ll create a space that feels safe, honest, and grounded in both science and heart — so you can move forward with strength and hope.
Laura Morse, M.Ed., LPC, CST is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of three integrated sister organizations: Sun Point Wellness Center, Sun Point Foundation (a 501(c)(3) nonprofit), and Sun Point Counseling Collective. Together, these agencies share a unified mission: to provide the highest quality counseling services to meet the needs of the community and help clients thrive in their lives—while also supporting therapy teammates in thriving personally and professionally.
Morse provides strategic and clinical oversight to a team of more than 40 therapists who deliver trauma-informed, evidence-based care across diverse settings and populations. Each agency fulfills a distinct role within the broader Sun Point ecosystem:
Sun Point Foundation offers accessible care to Medicaid-insured and underserved populations, prioritizing equity and removing barriers to mental health access.
Sun Point Wellness Center delivers comprehensive outpatient services to most PPO insurance plans & private-pay clients seeking personalized, high-quality counseling with a focus on systemic therapy.
Sun Point Counseling Collective, the newest of the three entities, was established as a leadership and training hub. It supports supervisory-level therapists in mentoring and educating clinicians across both the Foundation and Wellness Center. The Collective emphasizes excellence in clinical education and gatekeeping through structured mentorship, clinical rounds, and systemic consultation.
To deepen clinical excellence, Morse also established the Sun Point Training Center, a state-of-the-art space featuring a live observation room with a one-way mirror. This facility is used for real-time clinical feedback, case consultations, and intensive therapist development rooted in transparency and systemic theory. Under her leadership, Sun Point launched the Certified CSATT (Couples, Sex, and Trauma Therapist) Program, a rigorous training pathway designed to equip clinicians with advanced skills in working at the intersection of relational dynamics, sexual wellness, and trauma recovery.
In addition to overseeing Sun Point’s operations, Morse founded TheraTrack, a clinical technology SaaS company that supports therapists in tracking outcomes, improving treatment planning, and increasing client engagement through evidence-based progress metrics.
Morse is a Certified Sex Therapist through the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors and Therapists (AASECT) and a professional member of both AASECT and the American Counseling Association. She earned her degrees from Franklin & Marshall College, The Pennsylvania State University—where she was awarded the Lavanda P. Muller Fellowship—and Council for Relationships.
Her advanced clinical training includes certifications in Gottman Method Levels 1, 2, and 3, a post-baccalaureate specialization from Council for Relationships, and coursework in the Sex Addiction Therapist Model through the International Institute for Trauma and Addiction Professionals (IITAP). She is also trained and Certified in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), which she integrates into her work with clients healing from trauma and building meaningful, connected lives. Morse maintains an active caseload and provides services to both self-pay and Medicaid-insured clients, demonstrating her continued commitment to access, equity, and clinical integrity.
In addition to her clinical and executive leadership, Morse offers coaching and consulting to mental health professionals and behavioral health organizations. She provides individual and group supervision, supports agency development, and offers expert consultation on complex clinical cases, including those involving trauma, sexual health, and systemic family dynamics. Her consulting work reflects her passion for advancing ethical, effective, and sustainable mental health practices at both the individual and organizational level.
